For Parents & Caregivers of Children ages 5-12 , this FREE 4-week series will be running this April!

Wednesdays April 8, 15, 22 and 29, 2026. From 6:00-7:30pm Guildford Recreation Centre

Pre-registration is required, as spaces are limited. 

Each week we will build on topics including keeping in connection at all ages, making sense of behaviours, big feelings &

the brain, problem solving and more, providing take home strategies & resources.
