Just steps from the beach, this historic venue is a diverse, rustic and quirky space that you’re sure to enjoy. Camp Alex is a unique facility located in the village of Crescent Beach, half a block from the ocean with both heritage and modern buildings situated on a 2 ½ acre fenced site. Accessible multipurpose halls and dining areas, peaceful activity and meeting rooms, an outdoor stage, a festive lounge, guest rooms, dorms and cabins surround a large, open green space.

Camp Alex's proximity to the beach and promenade makes the facility a very popular rental destination for any occasion. Whether they’re schools, churches, family reunions, music camps, weddings, Boy Scout and Girl Guide Groups, sports teams, non-profit organizations and so many others, Camp Alex has something for everyone to enjoy.

Planning your stay with Camp Alex.

Given the beautiful location of Camp Alex, it is recommended that you submit your reservations as far in advance as possible. The high season is April through October and there is a minimum 2-night stay for overnight accommodations. Please call well in advance of your planned rental date.

  • Alex Hall's maximum capacity is 100 people,

  • Dining Hall capacity is 80,

  • The Lodge Activity Room is 40 people,

  • and the Lodge Lounge can hold 24 people.
