Located right on the beach, Beecher Place is perfect for intimate gatherings—decorated by stunning views of sand, sea and sky. From this stunning venue, you can soak up the unobstructed panorama from the picture windows and the elegant wrap-around balcony.

Beecher Place is situated in the middle of a residential area and city noise by-laws are strictly enforced. The noise curfew is 10:00 PM. After this time, no loud music or noise will be tolerated on the property or in the parking lot.

A few details about renting Beecher Place.

When you rent this event venue, you will have access to:

  • 14 rectangular tables (30” x 72”)

  • 80 Chairs (Black, stackable)

  • 1 Buffet Table (42” x 99”)

  • 1 Round Table (43”)

  • Kitchen

  • Parking at Beecher Place is shared with the city of Surrey and the art gallery on the 1st floor. The parking is managed by the City of Surrey and stalls are not guaranteed. Note: Crescent Beach is public parking. There are 6 parking stalls with 2 handicap stalls within Beecher Place property.

The Special Event Permits

If you’re looking to sell or serve liquor during your event then you’ll need to submit a Special Event Permits (SEP) application. This service has recently been moved to be operated by the Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch (LCRB).

Booking process

To book Beecher Place, a $200 non-refundable deposit will need to be placed to reserve your desired dates. If you’re planning to use this event venue for a wedding then deposits are 50% of the rental rate.

Please note that event liability insurance is required to book Beecher Place for all event bookings.
