Vine Youth Clinic
Our Vine Youth Clinic provides free & confidential health care to youth aged 12-21 years old. In light of COVID-19, we are slowly transitioning back to full services with some changes, including safety procedures and guidelines to ensure youth's health while getting access to the support. Doctors, nurses, and youth workers are available to provide support and consultation regarding health and wellness concerns like:
- General Health – including acne, colds, coughs, muscular and joint pains.
- Sexual Health – including consultation and provision of appropriate birth control, STI testing, pap tests, pregnancy testing and counselling
- Mental Health and Substance Misuse – Family physicians can provide consultation and/or referrals for issues including depression, stress disorders, anxiety, eating disorders, and substance misuse.
- Individual support to youth is provided through Youth Workers, from Alexandra Neighbourhood House, who can support a range of concerns including peers, education, housing, employment, family life, and access to other needs.
We are accepting new and returning clients by appointment only as walk-in and drop-in sessions are closed at the moment.
