Our programs for older adults (55+) are designed to reduce isolation and provide opportunities for socialization and recreation, enhancing well-being and reducing health risks. Mutually supportive relationships between older adults and other community members are nurtured and enhanced. For more information on these or any of our inter-generational programs, please contact Neil Fernyhough at 604-535-0015 ext 236, or e-mail communityprograms@alexhouse.net.
