Ju Jitsu

The Tora Budokan Ju Jitsu club trains Tuesday and Thursdays at  Alex House. Children's class runs from 6.15 to 7pm and the adult class runs from 7 to 8.15pm.  We Teach traditional Ju-Jitsu (a self defence  system) which covers all basic Karate Strikes, Throws & Sweeps, Wrist  Locks/Arm Locks, Pressure Points and escape moves.
