Right on the beach, Beecher Place provides an inspiring space for more intimate gatherings - a space decorated by stunning views of sand, sea and sky! Soak up the unobstructed panorama from the picture windows and the elegant wrap-around balcony.

The room will accommodate up to 80 people (including staffing) with a breath-taking view of Boundary Bay, the Gulf Islands and some of the San Juan Islands. Beecher Place is located upstairs on the waterfront.
Please note: INSURANCE IS REQUIRED TO RENT THIS FACILITY.

Please Note: Beecher Place is situated in the middle of a residential area and city noise by-laws are strictly enforced. The noise curfew is 10:30pm. No loud music or noise will be tolerated on the property, including the parking lot after this time.
